My father-in-law replaced his 1997 Odyssey with a 2014 Toyota Rav4 almost 3 years ago. He’s been taking it to get free services from the dealer until now, he would like to change oil at home just like before. We ordered Fram CH9972 online, some tool and Mobil 1 from Walmart to replace the oil last weekend. It wasn’t hard, just tedious because the oil filter now is placed in a canister instead of single filter. This is how we did it, there are many ways to do it I’m sure, but this is our way, you can use it as a reference for where all the stuff is. We used our Mighty Vac 7400 to remove the oil instead of the drain plug.
