Someone brought up an error on extracting payload on Yosemite and El Capitan with 7Z in Windows. Yes, since Yosemite and El Capitan, we can’t extract the essential.pkg to get the Kernels using 7z in Windows. You have to get the Kernels from the Mac OS X using Pacifist. So, for those who don’t have a Mac, you can get El Capitan Kernels here. Yosemite 10.10.5 Kernel.
