I wanted to update iOS on my iPhone 14 Plus but I had a message “Unable to install update”. After searching on the internet for answer and it came to me that the storage was almost full because I only have 128GB on my phone. Delete and bring the storage down, I was able to update iOS 17.7. At the same time, my messenger app wasn’t deliver both images and text but only images. This also fixed the problem on messenger.
