Before we purchase our 06 A8, we had some concerns about the costs of driving it, one of them was the gas mileage. We couldn’t get any real life gas mileage, just the estimates and specs. So, now since we own one, we will log some of the trips for people who wonder about the gas mileage on this wonderful car.
March 24th, 2013 – 1 way drive from LA to Fremont, CA 335 miles @ 13.7 gallons = 24.4 MPG – 5 hours drive.
April 1st, 2013 – Hwy – city mixed 322 miles @ 17.1 gallons = 18.83 MPG.
April 9th, 2013 – 356 miles @ 17.75 gallons = 20.05 MPG.
April 16th, 2013 – 388.88 miles @ 20.02 ~ 19.4 MPG.
