Lemon grass (Cymbopogon citratus) is a aromatic herb that used in many Thai or Vietnamese dishes. In the Asian Supermarket they sell the fine-chopped lemon grass in a little plastic jar (frozen) so we don’t have to cut and chop them when we don’t have much time to prepare the food. Chef Audie likes lemon grass chicken, it’s light, tasty and aromatic. Chef Audie and her brother need fat so she doesn’t take off all the chicken thigh skins nor she uses chicken breast for less fat. Chicken thighs are more moist and tastier than breasts. Let’s see how Chef Audie prepare the whole meal for her little family.
