After all programs are installed in the new laptop or computer, we should back up the whole hard drive images including EFI, C, Recovery, WindowsRe partitions using Windows 8.1 software in case we have to restore from scratch or to a new hard drive. We need to get an external USB hard drive big enough for the data in the back up hard drive.
