• Hello sir I have problems with Mavericks drivers for my hp Pavillion dv6 it is about 3 years that I am trying to install mac os x finally I sussed to install I by UniBaesd my questions are 1-every time when I boot from hdd I have to write flags to start “cups=1 nv_disable=1” how to fix it 2-graphic driver for nvidia GeForce GT 230M from where I can download kext or you can help to fix kexts because I have one reslotion 1024×768 and thr graphic and color is not good and I install audio driver and working and also mic working and it install automatically WiFi and working perfect and just need for ur help to fix these people’s and sorry about my English thanks. and also can you tell me i can make my DSDT thanks.

  • I don’t use unibeast or multibeast. You should go to the website and ask the question there. What’s your cpu ids and graphics card ids? You need to choose either intel graphic card or nvidia. The flag should be either PciRoot=0 or PciRoot=1 for either one.

  my is HP Pavilion dv6 2090eo
  CPU ID Intel Core i7 720QM 1.60GHz
  Graphic Card Nvidia Geforce GT 230M 1BG
  Memory 4GB

  and tried to install Mac os X Yosemite used unibeast and multibeast and i fixed about flags comds but i have problems with kext and DSDT.aml and SSDT.aml Audio Kexts or something’s to fix it i followed your guide. when i compile the patch with MaciAsl i have problems with Errors i could not fix the errors and i did all SSDT.aml and DSDT.aml files by RW just i have problem with MaciAsl Errors. one of them that has more Errors is this ,,object does not exist (NLKB),, it comes between two zeros and thanks for your replay and for your help and sorry about my poor English.

• and also if can fix kexts for audio and I do not know it will fix by DSDT.aml my sond card is IDT High Definition Audio Device thanks.

  • just use voodooHDA 2.8.4, no need AppleHDA

  • hello Sir and thanks for your quick replay.
    I tried installed voodooHDA 2.8.4 but it did not work this is the error massage that I get.
    ”System extension cannot be used
    the system extension ‘’/system/Libray/Extensions/VoodooHDA.kext’’ was installed improperly and cannot be used. Please try reinstalling it or contact the products vendor for an update”
    and i did it reinstall but did not work i tried all of version VoodooHDA but did not work accept one version VoodooHDA 2.7.3 it works but the volume control did not work and got kernel panic after restart if you have any Idea Sir? and thanks from your help.

  • remove AppleHDA.kext to solve kernel panic – open voodooHDA.plist to set volume from false to true, then the volume will work

  • hello again sir. and thank you from your quick reply i tried to voodooHDA.plist to set volume from false to true, it disabled sound card it look like you did not install kext or install wrong kext i tried to changed one by one and all of them to different ways but it did not work and thanks that kernel panic problem solved woth appleHDA.kext removed but the song volumes problem did not solve i want to ask something can i fix my own DSDT.aml self with MaciAsl I tried many times but i could not fix the compile errors. thanks.

  • You need to use Kext Helper B7 to install VoodooHDA.kext for it to work. It’s the best kext installer. Email me your DSDT.aml, is it the original one from RWeverything? Where did you get this DSDT.aml?

    i did it the same you Guid.
    Brightness control did not works with the function keys I can not adjust the brightness in. There is no brightness slider in the display pref pane and there is not option to control the brightness and before also the brightness did not work and only one changes that i can see it is the battery icon on slider bar before was not. and the song kext has also problem what you thanks. and thanks again about your help to me.
