02/26/2022 Finally the replacement came. I have the review and writeup here. It’s a beautiful working unit.
I got the F31 Tuya Bluetooth Lock Security for my house. It took a month to come from China, everything fits perfectly mechanically, but the electronics part didn’t work. The keypad didn’t light up, there’s no light, no life even using 3 different sets of new batteries, I even used the USB-C to turn it on and it didn’t come up at all. It’s a bad unit, not sure if it’s the lock part or the keypad itself.
