2. When we boot to hard drive and Chameleon boot loader comes up instead of Windows Boot Manager.
Again, just boot with windows partition and re-store (install) EasyBCD to the boot sector and C:
3. When we boot to hard drive and the Windows boot manager is there but Mac OS X partition boots with “chain booting error”
This problem mostly caused by the partition is not a primary partition in Windows. If the partition is primary, it’s missing the chameleon boot loader in the Mac OS X root partition, use USB myHack Installer to boot to Mac OS X —> Run install chameleon on the drop down menu, when done, reboot the computer, one of the 2 scenarios above should appear, use chameleon boot loader to select Windows OS, fix the BCD and you should be good to go.
ALWAYS TRY TO RESTORE THE PREVIOUS BCD MENU before create a new one.
